Jay Ziskrout is an entrepreneurial management, strategic operations and business development executive with a history of driving growth for entertainment, marketing, media, and tech ventures.
As the Operations Director at Quantiva™, Jay plays a pivotal role in steering the company's business affairs, planning, and finance activities, as well as working with select clients on the development of product vision and marketplace fit strategies, while also serving as a subject matter expert in aviation, commerce, and media.
He has devised and executed business plans for start-up, expansion, and turn-around businesses in the U.S. and abroad and has built and/or led event management, marketing, media relations, product development, promotion, sales, and technology teams.
Jay’s extensive experience includes founding Sonic Vista, Vocinate, Charitable Checkout, LatinoVision.com, and Grita! Records, as well as serving in senior roles for PledgeMusic.com, Set.fm (acquired), CMJ Network, (Netherlands-based) Epitaph International, and Arista Records, among others. His work has enabled him to work closely with such well-known brands as Hurley, Logitech, Halo Pets, and Omaha Steaks; media leaders such as HGTV and Viacom; and performing artists like Annie Lennox, Aretha Franklin, The Church, Crash Test Dummies, Grateful Dead, Jeff Healey Band, Roger McGuinn (of The Byrds), Sarah McLachlan, Shakira, and Yes.
When not working, his personal interests include outdoor sports, playing the drums and piano, woodworking, and flying a Cirrus SR22 aircraft.
