Quantiva Quorum

NATO + Instant Action

It’s well known that we, here at Quantiva specialize in guiding early-stage businesses through growth with a three-stage strategy that includes 1) Setting clear standards for product-market fit, 2) Executing the product plan with our design and engineering expertise, and 3) Scaling by leveraging our network of funding sources, partners, and customers.

Less known is the fact that Quantiva also actively works with major enterprises to rapidly advance special tech initiatives, covering everything from Big-Data, AI, and Computer Vision to enterprise system development and deployment.

With the NATO Washington Summit recently concluded, we thought now would be a good time to share a bit about one of our current enterprise collaborations; this time in an effort to provide NATO a competitive edge (only the non-confidential bits, of course).

NATO - Allied Command Transformation

Earlier this year, NATO's Allied Command Transformation initiated the "Innovation Continuum," a project designed to leverage cutting-edge science and technology for strategic advantages. This initiative orchestrates four key phases, dubbed “SPARK”, “IGNITE”, “GLOW”, and “SHINE”—each tailored to progressively scope, blueprint, validate, and evaluate innovative solutions.

Quantiva, in collaboration with Siemens Advanta and Eduworks, is developing "SeDICA" (Secure, Distributed Intelligence Co-Agent), an Edge AI human-machine teaming platform to enhance NATO’s Joint Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance capabilities. Siemens manages the project, Eduworks supplies the underlying AI technology, and Quantiva contributes secure, distributed networking technologies, including Web 3 implementations.

Our team demonstrated initial progress at the SPARK event in Pensacola, FL, and is gearing up for the GLOW event in The Hague, Netherlands. This next phase will fine-tune our project for practical application, culminating in the final SHINE presentation in La Spezia, Italy, which will be attended by representatives from all participating NATO members. If we’re successful with this effort, this may be the last you ever hear about it! ;-)

Instant Action: Conversion Magic!

As many of our followers are aware, we earned our early-stage company-building chops by working in the trenches as start-up founders (CharitableCheckout, dympol, Ikewiki, OneQube, scientific.ly, set.fm, ThemDigital, Unest, Vocinate, to name just a few).  Well, we remain carriers of the ‘start-up bug’ and are now launching an exciting new venture of our own that we’ve been incubating over the past year.

Announcing the Beta Launch of Instant Action!

Instant Action is a marketing technology platform that transforms regular text messaging into highly engaging, video-first, action-oriented mobile marketing.  It transforms TikToks and Instagram Reel style videos into conversion magic, complete with ‘dark social graph’ analytics.

The platform is changing the way brands and entities like political campaigns and impact organizations interact with their customers and constituencies;  making it faster and easier for consumers to engage in actions like purchasing, reviewing, donating, and sharing opinions—all through instant, short-form videos and a single mobile tap.

Optimized for short-attention-spans, each Instant Action video message (which can be sent via SMS or any other mobile messaging platform) arrives pre-loaded with one of a broad (and growing) library of integral Actions, including:

  • App Download
  • Cart-less Commerce
  • Coupon or Deal
  • Event Registration & Ticketing
  • Google Review
  • Political Donation
  • Polling
  • Product/Service Sales
  • Sharing & List Building
