In our effort to highlight innovative early-stage companies that align with our values and have benefited from our 1-2-3 approach, we shine the Quantiva spotlight on R3 Score Technologies, a trailblazer in improving the lives of people that have been arrested and/or incarcerated.
R3 Score is revolutionizing the way background checks are conducted with its socially responsible risk index. Rather than a binary assessment, R3 Score utilizes a proprietary data-driven scoring algorithm that considers 11 key factors. This nuanced approach helps employers make more informed hiring decisions, especially for candidates with arrest or conviction records. Their method strictly adheres to compliance standards while still championing more compassionate community initiatives that foster inclusion and provide solutions for justice-impacted individuals. Quantiva team members recently traveled to Washington D.C. to participate in the R3 Score-sponsored “Bank on 100 Million Hackathon” which gathered thought leaders and decision makers to accelerate progress towards creating a shared data ecosystem for justice-impacted individuals. This year’s attendees included key partners such as AWS, Aventiv Technologies, and correctional system leaders.
Quantiva also traveled with R3 Score Technologies Founder and CEO, Laurin Leonard to Phoenix, AZ to demonstrate the capabilities of the new R3 Up initiative, a curated platform of reentry readiness and entertainment content delivered directly to prison tablets for currently incarcerated people, built by Quantiva.
Quantiva Acceleration Network
In an effort to benefit early-stage companies beyond its own roster of clients, Quantiva recently launched the Quantiva Acceleration Network. The idea is to support growth-stage companies by providing marketing exposure, financing opportunities, in-person networking events, discounted engineering services, 3rd party service credits, and free advisory consultations. Eligible companies, having completed a 'Friends and Family' financing round with a working prototype and beta (or actual) customers, can join to enhance their relationship capital and accelerate growth.
